Anwar Government Moves to Dismiss Parliamentary Challenge to Malaysia-US Trade Deal
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim's administration has filed an application to strike out a lawsuit filed by opposition MPs challenging the Malaysia-US reciprocal trade agreement. The MPs have also sought referral of constitutional questions to the Federal Court.
