Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil has praised the RIUH Pi HAWANA carnival held in Butterworth as a successful showcase of Malaysian creative talent, encouraging public attendance and suggesting the event become a permanent fixture alongside future HAWANA celebrations.
