Attorney General and Deputy Prime Minister Zahid Seek to Overturn Court Ruling Against Bar Association's DNAA Challenge
The Attorney General and Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi are seeking leave to restore a High Court decision that rejected the Malaysian Bar's judicial review application against a DNAA decision. A hearing is scheduled for October 8.
