Malaysia Moves to Prosecute Child Sex Offenders Operating Abroad
Malaysia is expanding its legal reach to prosecute child sexual abuse committed overseas. The amendment to the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 will allow authorities to pursue offenders with Malaysian ties for crimes committed abroad.
