Penang Sets Final Deadline for Jelutong Landfill Project EIA Approval
Penang's Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow says the state will not continue the RM1 billion Jelutong landfill rehabilitation project unless the concessionaire obtains Environmental Impact Assessment approval by a specified deadline.
