Former Singapore Air Force Chief Fined S$5,000 for Hitting Woman and Child in Stroller
A retired Singapore Air Force chief has been fined S$5,000 and disqualified from driving for five years following a collision with a woman and toddler at a pedestrian crossing in 2024.
