UK, Italy and Japan Commit US$6.1 Billion to Next-Generation Fighter Jet Programme
The United Kingdom, Italy, and Japan have committed US$6.1 billion to accelerate development of a next-generation stealth fighter jet under the Global Combat Air Programme, with the aircraft expected to enter service by 2035.
