Over 93,000 First-time Homebuyers Benefit From SJKP Housing Scheme
The Housing Credit Guarantee Scheme has enabled 93,555 first-time homebuyers to purchase property, including gig economy workers. With RM18 billion remaining from the RM40 billion allocation, the government expects to reach 100,000 beneficiaries by year-end.
