Man Charged With First-Degree Arson Over Washington Wildfire
A 37-year-old Washington resident has been formally charged with first-degree arson in connection with one of three destructive wildfires that have ravaged the Spokane region, burning over 10,000 acres and forcing nearly 65,000 people to evacuate.
