New University Law To Emphasise Management, Not Student Activity Curbs, Says Fahmi
The Malaysian Government plans to replace the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 with legislation centred on institutional governance rather than student conduct, Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil confirmed.
