Academic Freedom Must Not Be Constrained by Government Regulations, Says Anwar
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has emphasized that university academics should enjoy freedom to articulate and defend their intellectual positions without facing administrative or regulatory impediments from government authorities.
