Vietnam Expands Diamond Smuggling Investigation, Charging Jewellery Owners and Gem Certifier
Vietnamese authorities have charged three jewellery shop owners and a gem certification employee in connection with an expanding diamond smuggling operation allegedly orchestrated from Hong Kong by Indian nationals.
