Singapore Van Driver Arrested After Drug-Impaired Collision Injures Two
A 27-year-old van driver was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs after a multi-vehicle collision in Singapore's Bukit Panjang district on Friday evening. Police found vaporising devices in the vehicle.
