Filipino Mayor's Son Added to FBI Most Wanted List for US$650M Investment Fraud
Rey E. Grabato II, son of Mina mayor in Iloilo, has been added to the FBI's Most Wanted Fraudsters list for an alleged US$650 million investment scheme that defrauded approximately 2,000 investors between 2018 and 2022.
