MM2H Agents Must Follow Host Country Laws, Tiong Warns
Malaysia's Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing has cautioned MM2H Programme agents that holding a Malaysian licence does not exempt them from complying with the regulatory frameworks of foreign markets where they recruit participants.
