Malaysia and Pakistan Establish Prisoner Transfer Agreement
Malaysia and Pakistan have formalized an International Transfer of Prisoners treaty, allowing nationals held in each country to complete sentences at home. The agreement follows five rounds of negotiations and Cabinet approval in May.
