Philippine police detain 14-year-old student over threat to attack school on social media
A 14-year-old Filipino student has been detained by Philippine National Police following an online threat to attack Tolosa National High School. The minor was released to social welfare authorities as she cannot be prosecuted under juvenile justice laws.
