Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant to Serve Over 13,000 Kelantan Residents by September
Kelantan's Chicha 2 Water Treatment Plant, a RM54.98 million project near Kota Bharu, is 97% complete and will begin operations in September, serving over 13,000 residents across five districts with treated water.
