Singapore deepens partnership with Timor-Leste through economic, healthcare and education cooperation
Singapore and Timor-Leste have signed a bilateral cooperation framework to deepen economic ties, with Singapore opening labour pathways to Timorese workers from 2027. The agreements cover healthcare, education, and Asean integration support.
