Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim held a telephone conversation with Sheikh al-Azhar al-Sharif Prof Dr Ahmad al-Tayyeb to discuss collaborative efforts in Islamic education and dakwah. The Grand Imam of Egypt's prestigious Al-Azhar institution reached out to inquire about Anwar's health following surgery.
