Court of Appeal confirms RM900,000 insurance payout for Bentley damage claim
Malaysia's Court of Appeal has upheld a High Court decision compelling an insurance company to pay RM900,000 to a businessman for damage to his Bentley Continental GTS sustained in an accident six years prior.
