UK Appoints Semiconductor Leader David Lacey as Honorary Consul in Penang
The British High Commission has named Dr David Lacey, chairman of the Semiconductor Fabrication Association of Malaysia, as the new Honorary Consul in Penang. He replaces Datuk Robert Hawkins after two decades of service.
