Marcos heads to Russia for historic Asean summit and Putin talks
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has departed for Kazan, Russia, to lead the Philippines' participation in the Asean-Russia Commemorative Summit and hold bilateral talks with President Putin focused on energy and food security.
