Russian man arrested at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg of cannabis in smuggling attempt

Phuket airport customs officers arrested a 30-year-old Russian man attempting to smuggle 17.6 kilogrammes of cannabis out of Thailand in two suitcases on Wednesday.
