LPT3 Expressway to Proceed Under Private Partnership Model as Government Faces Budget Constraints
Malaysia's East Coast Expressway Phase 3 will be developed through a public-private partnership arrangement, with the successful contractor bearing full project costs, Deputy Works Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Maslan announced.
