Government To Refine Targeted Fuel Subsidies in Sabah and Sarawak Following Public Consultation
The Malaysian government plans to refine its targeted fuel subsidy programme in Sabah and Sarawak after consulting with grassroots communities. The BUDI Diesel initiative, launched nationwide on July 1, provides eligible private vehicle owners with subsidised fuel at RM2.10 per litre.
