Penang allocates RM2 million to boost Bumiputera students' academic performance
Penang's Islamic Religious Council has committed RM2 million to support 7,403 Bumiputera students through academic initiatives including tuition classes and examination workshops, as part of a two-decade-old educational empowerment programme.
