Thailand Imposes Alcohol Ban During Bangkok and Pattaya Local Elections
Thailand's Election Commission has banned all alcohol sales and service in Bangkok and Pattaya from June 27-28 during local elections. Violators face up to six months imprisonment or fines of up to 10,000 baht.
