Queen Inaugurates Merdeka Textile Museum to Preserve Malay Heritage
Her Majesty Queen Raja Zarith Sofiah opened the Merdeka Textile Museum in Kuala Lumpur on August 21. The facility showcases the textile heritage of the Malay world through interactive experiences and houses a significant personal collection of traditional clothing and jewellery.
