High Court Orders Chinese Daily to Pay RM400,000 in Defamation Case
A High Court has ordered Sin Chew Media Corporation Bhd to pay RM400,000 in damages to businessman Yeoh Ee Seong over a defamatory report suggesting he orchestrated an assault on a lawyer.
