Three Brothers Face Charges for Operating Unlicensed Securities Dealing Business
The Securities Commission Malaysia has charged three brothers with conducting unlicensed securities dealing operations across multiple locations. If convicted, they face fines up to RM10 million or imprisonment for up to 10 years.
